Every quarter in Pilot Purgatory is a quarter of runway spent proving nothing.

A multi-site wound care network in the Midwest was already trying Poseidon on a few patients, with no structure and no decision in sight. The first champion's chart-verified result gave the network's leadership something to decide on and showed where the product did its best work, so the network could be pointed at the patients where it would matter most. In May 2026, eleven months after the first champion enrolled her first patient, the network's leadership approved Poseidon across its sites, a decision that puts the product in front of hundreds of patients every month.
