The rule
We treat every innovation as a prescription we'd have to write.
A clinician doesn't reach for a treatment because it's new. They match the right solution to a real problem, backed by evidence, and only if it's safe for the patient in front of them. We hold every new technology to that same test, whatever it is: a device, a diagnostic, a wound treatment, a piece of software. We find the real problem it solves, and put it through the same three questions a clinician asks before writing a prescription:
Is it right for this patient?
The right problem, and the right patient for it.
Is it safe?
Safe enough to use on our own patients.
Will it help?
A real difference the patient will feel.
If we wouldn't prescribe it ourselves, we won't ask a provider to.

Founder
Dr. Adam Read
Adam is a physician-technologist. 16 years across clinical medicine, quality improvement, and health technology.
The rule comes from him: a clinician who won't prescribe without proof, holding every new technology to that same bar.
It's personal. Adam's brother died abroad after two hospitals couldn't move his medical records in time. The records existed. The way to move them didn't.
